M3Linked (formerly knowns as Eliances) was founded in the Phoenix-Scottsdale metro area in 2013 and has grown to include over 1,000 members. With recurring monthly membership fees, the revenue model is very strong.
In June 2019, M3Linked first franchisee bought the 5-unit Area Development Franchise for the Washington, DC, metro area. In its initial few weeks of operation, the ‘‘M3Forum’’ meetings in downtown DC have been full every week including the first week. With such robust demand, the franchisee will establish 4 additional “communities” in the greater metro area. The Tampa market opened in the Spring of 2020 and is off to a great start with full meetings.
M3Linked offers a limited opportunity to award Area Developers in 32 other major metro markets throughout the United States. Each metro area includes several “communities” that an Area Developer will establish. Area Developers can be semi-absentee and can live in a distant location from their franchise area.
